Artsreach is the arts development agency for rural Dorset. Artsreach provides a wide ranging programme of professional arts events for local people and families at affordable prices, working in collaboration with a network of voluntary local promoters based in the rural community.
Bridport Arts Centre is based in the centre of a West Dorset market town one mile inland from the world heritage Jurassic Coast. The theatre offers a wide range of performances in drama, music, comedy and dance, plus film screenings.
Dorchester Arts Centre is a friendly venue in central Dorchester offering a wide variety of events for people of all ages and abilities. You can attend theatre, dance, puppet shows, circus events and music at Dorchester Arts Centre throughout the year.
The Dorset County Museum tells the story of Dorset’s rich landscape and history. Visitors to the Museum can find out about local writers, history, archaeology, geology and the natural sciences in one of the Museum’s many galleries.
Open for all: free to join – everyone is welcome at Dorset Libraries. You’re never too young or too old to enjoy reading. Once you have joined the library you can borrow books and other items such as CDs and DVDs.
Our programme includes drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking and sculpture courses that are taught from a purpose designed studio.

Walford Mill Crafts is a converted mill situated only a quarter of a mile north of Wimborne in a quiet riverside setting. The Centre runs a programme of exhibitions and also offers the best in contemporary craft work by local and national makers in the shop.
